0-30 miles from store $99.00
30-60 miles from store $149.00
60-120 miles from store $199.00
120-150 miles from store $249.00
150-180 miles from store $349.00
Anything over 180 miles from store is $499.00

In-State (NC) Delivery

For most in-state (NC) deliveries, deliveries will be made by our own truck fleet. In stock and quick ship orders are generally delivered in about a week depending on location and schedule.  For items that need to be order for the manufacturer Please allow approximately 4-8 weeks for delivery, varies by manufacturer if you need to specific time frame on a order please contact us.  Please remember to inspect all items upon delivery and note any damage at the time of delivery. This is very important. Due to our manufacturers’ timing restrictions, we may be unable to assist you if we are notified of damages after the fact; likewise, you may incur additional costs if our delivery drivers must return to your home, depending upon your location. Please note that the above applies only to damages; manufacturer defects are covered under warranty. See section below for terms and conditions.

Out-of-State Delivery

All orderss are subject to 7.25 tax unless different local tax is applicable

For out-of-state orders, allow 4-8 weeks for scheduling from the time your items arrive at our warehouse from the manufacturer, depending upon your location and our carriers’ schedules. As a general rule of thumb, delivery scheduling for more rural/remote areas will take longer than delivery to metropolitan areas.

FedEx Freight items, such as vanity sinks and smaller items, may take up to 2 weeks for delivery.

Defective Items & Other Circumstances

Defective items will be replaced or replacement parts will be supplied accordingly.

All items are inspected for damage prior to shipping.

Upon delivery, customers MUST inspect items for damage before signing the delivery receipt with the freight carrier; all damages must be noted on the original Bill of Laden. Claims for damaged goods will NOT be accepted after delivery. Refunds and/or replacements also will NOT be provided after delivery.

Please double check all measurements before purchase. Returns are NOT accepted in the case that the purchased item does not fit in the desired location.

If you are not able to be present for delivery, it is your responsibility to inform the person accepting the delivery of these policies.
