We do not offer any returns or refunds once the item(s) has been delivered. If you need to make a change or cancel an order please contact us before delivery. We can typically accommodate changes and cancelation before delivery on items, with the exception of items we have to special order from vendors. If you need to change something or cancel an order please contact us ASAP. The sooner you contact us, the more likely we can accommodate your request.
We understand that it can be hard to be sure if an item will meet your needs in your home. However, the cost associated with delivering and setting up furnishings in customer's homes and coming back to pick them up for a return is so prohibitive as to make it uneconomical for us. If you have questions about an item fitting in your home, please contact us ahead of time and we can help answer your questions. We can help with dimensions, questions of quality, additional pictures of an item and sometimes fabric and finish samples to try and answer any of your questions ahead of time, so you can be sure before you make your purchase.
Items Damaged on Delivery
Most items we sell have manufacture’s warranties included. If you have a warranty issue, please contact us so we can look into the claim for you. We carry so many vendors and so many types of furniture with different warranties that we will need to look into each warranty issue to find out warranty coverage and claim process individually. Most furniture manufacturers have their warranties posted on their websites, so if you want to look into specific coverage of an issue, you might want to do it yourself.
Please note damaged items and items sold “as is” or items noted as having no warranty coverage do not have manufactures warranty coverage (this is stated on item page).
Also any delivery or travel fees associated with servicing a warranty will be the responsibility of the customer. We will discuss these fees with you if this comes up.
